Chip: (Single-ended glass-sealed thermistor)
It adopts dense fine ceramic thermistor chip, uses high-quality alloy electrodes to combine the wire and the thermistor chip, and uses high-sensitivity glass packaging to make the chip have excellent heat resistance and weather resistance. The overall performance is highly stable, the response is faster, the accuracy is higher, the service life is longer, and the size can be reduced, and the application is wider.
Probe:
The tail of the probe adopts a rolling groove design to prevent the chip from peeling off due to pulling force when the temperature sensor is used on site, thereby damaging the sensor. At the same time, the cable and the shell fit more closely, improving the overall airtightness of the temperature sensor, making the waterproof level reach IP68 level, so that it can be immersed in water for a long time and monitor the temperature stably and reliably.
Welding process:
The NTC chip pins and cable connections are connected by high-quality welding processes such as laser welding or butt welding, with good overall welding quality, high mechanical strength, and small thermal deformation. Compared with traditional soldering and other welding processes, not only are the solder joints small and beautiful in appearance, but they can also work normally in high temperature environments without causing the solder joints to break due to excessive temperature, thereby causing signal disconnection.
