The GVF100 Digital Gas Vortex Flow Meter operates on the Karman Vortex Street principle, designed for measuring the flow rate of various gases (air, oxygen, nitrogen, coal gas, natural gas, chemical gas, etc.). It can be used as a flow transmitter in automatic control systems, featuring advanced differential technology, isolated measurement, shielding, and filtering—ensuring excellent anti-vibration performance and signal stability.

With a unique sensor encapsulation and protection technology, the GVF100 guarantees a long sensor service life. It has no moving parts, a simple structure for easy installation and maintenance, and offers pipe-type and insertion-type sensor options to meet diverse on-site needs. The wide measurement range ratio (up to 20:1) and low pressure loss make it suitable for various industrial gas measurement scenarios.

What gases can the GVF100 measure?

The GVF100 is suitable for measuring various non-corrosive gases, including air, oxygen, nitrogen, coal gas, natural gas, and chemical gases. It is not recommended for corrosive or particulate-containing gases unless customized with anti-corrosion materials.

What is the difference between pipe-type and insertion-type sensors?

Pipe-type sensors (Class 1.5 accuracy) are suitable for small-to-medium pipe diameters (DN15~DN300) and require full-pipe flow; insertion-type sensors (Class 2.5 accuracy) are for large diameters (DN300~DN1800), support non-shutdown installation, and have lower pressure loss.

Does the GVF100 support temperature/pressure compensation?

Yes. It offers optional pressure compensation (code "P"), temperature compensation (code "T"), or both (code "PT") to correct flow data based on actual medium temperature and pressure, ensuring accuracy under varying conditions.

What power supply options are available?

Three options: 12~28VDC (for industrial control systems), 3.6V lithium battery (on-site display, low power consumption), and 85~265VAC (remote display for fixed installations).
