Product Overview

Platinum resistance temperature sensor is a temperature sensor which is made by using the resistance of metal platinum (pt) as a function of temperature. It is widely used because of its high measurement accuracy, large measurement range, reproducibility and stability. Temperature measurement in the range of medium temperature (-200°C – 650°C).

Adopting imported German film chip, the sensor offers excellent long-term stability and interchangeability. Available in PT100 and PT1000 variants to suit various precision applications.

What accuracy classes are available for PT100/PT1000?

We offer three accuracy classes: 1/3DIN (±0.1℃), Grade A (±0.15℃), and Grade B (±0.3℃). Each class corresponds to different temperature ranges as specified in the datasheet.

What are the temperature ranges for each accuracy class?

1/3DIN: 0~+150℃; Grade A: -50~+300℃; Grade B: -70~+500℃. Please select according to your application needs.

Can I customize the shell material and dimensions?

Yes. Shell materials include stainless steel, copper, copper plated nickel, aluminum, ABS, PVC. Diameter can be φ3~φ9mm and length from 3mm to 1000mm. Common sizes like 3*30mm, 4*30mm etc. are available, and custom sizes are welcomed.

What wire and connector options do you provide?

We support UL series wires (e.g. UL1007), with various temperature ranges and outer diameters. Connectors: Molex, JST, DuPont, CWB, CJT, etc. Also heat-shrinkable sleeves: PVC, glass fiber, teflon.
