The GTF300 Liquid Turbine Flow Meter is a new-generation turbine flow meter designed with advanced domestic and international flow technologies. It features a simple structure, lightweight design, high accuracy, excellent repeatability, short response time, and easy installation—ideal for measuring pure liquids in closed pipe systems (liquids that do not react with 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13, Al₂O₃, and hard alloys).
The meter is suitable for liquids with kinematic viscosity ≤5×10⁻⁶m²/s; for liquids with higher viscosity, on-site calibration with the actual medium is required. It can be paired with dedicated display instruments to realize functions such as flow control and overflow alarm, and supports multiple sensor options (low-temperature type, dual-flow-direction type, well type, sandy medium type, etc.) for diverse application needs.
±1%R (default), ±0.5%R (optional); short-term repeatability 0.05%~0.2%, suitable for trade measurement.
Pulse, 4-20mA analog, RS485 (Modbus-RTU), HART; high-frequency signal (3~4kHz) for high resolution.
1:20 for medium/large diameters, 1:10 for small diameters, adapting to diverse flow scenarios.
No housing openings, suitable for high-pressure environments; IP65 protection, ExdIIBT6 explosion-proof (optional).
