Product Overview

The GTF300 Liquid Turbine Flow Meter is a new-generation turbine flow meter designed with advanced domestic and international flow technologies. It features a simple structure, lightweight design, high accuracy, excellent repeatability, short response time, and easy installation—ideal for measuring pure liquids in closed pipe systems (liquids that do not react with 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13, Al₂O₃, and hard alloys).

The meter is suitable for liquids with kinematic viscosity ≤5×10⁻⁶m²/s; for liquids with higher viscosity, on-site calibration with the actual medium is required. It can be paired with dedicated display instruments to realize functions such as flow control and overflow alarm, and supports multiple sensor options (low-temperature type, dual-flow-direction type, well type, sandy medium type, etc.) for diverse application needs.

What is the viscosity requirement for the measured medium?

The GTF300 is suitable for liquids with kinematic viscosity ≤5×10⁻⁶m²/s. For liquids with higher viscosity, on-site calibration with the actual medium is required to ensure measurement accuracy.

What pipe diameters does the GTF300 support?

It supports pipe diameters from DN4 to DN200, with multiple installation methods: flange (DN15~DN200), screw (DN4~DN50), and loose flange (DN4~DN200). Insertion type is available for large-diameter pipes.
