ELECTROMAGNETIC FLOW METER + MULTI-PARAMETER WATER QUALITY ANALYZER
Integrated Water Measurement Solution for Agricultural Irrigation
Electromagnetic flow meter and multi-parameter water quality analyzer bundle
WHY THESE TWO INSTRUMENTS WORK TOGETHER

In irrigation management, how much water and what kind of water are two different questions. A flow meter alone tells you volume but not whether the water will clog emitters or damage crops. A water quality analyzer alone tells you condition but not consumption. Installed on the same pipeline, the two instruments give a complete picture of every irrigation cycle.

Electromagnetic Flow Meter
No moving parts inside the pipe, no pressure loss, unaffected by sand or fibre in canal and well water. Measures instantaneous flow rate and totalized volume for water allocation and pump control.
Multi-Parameter Analyzer
Continuously monitors pH, EC/TDS, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, temperature and optional residual chlorine on one screen, so fertigation dosing and filtration can be adjusted before the water reaches the field.

AGRICULTURAL IRRIGATION APPLICATION
Irrigation pump station installation scene
Drip & Sprinkler Systems
Track flow per zone and watch turbidity and EC to protect emitters from clogging and salt build-up.
Fertigation Lines
pH and EC feedback supports accurate nutrient dosing; flow totalizer records injected water volume.
Greenhouse & Nursery
Dissolved oxygen and temperature monitoring for recirculating and hydroponic water loops.
Reclaimed Water Reuse
Screen treated effluent before it enters farmland with continuous turbidity and chlorine readings.
Well & Canal Intake
Electromagnetic sensing is unaffected by suspended solids common in surface and groundwater.
Water Allocation Metering
Totalized volume with RS485 or 4-20mA output for farm SCADA and irrigation district reporting.

FAQ
Q1. Can the two instruments share one controller?
They operate independently. Both provide RS485 Modbus RTU and 4-20mA output, so a PLC, RTU or farm SCADA can read them on the same bus.
Q2. How do I select the flow meter size?
Match the meter to the pipe size and the working flow range. Send us your pipe diameter, design flow and pressure and we will recommend the model.
Q3. Does sand or algae in canal water affect the readings?
The flow meter has no obstruction inside the tube, so suspended solids do not block it. Turbidity probes should be cleaned periodically in heavily loaded water.
Q4. What straight pipe length is required?
Common practice is 5 times the nominal diameter upstream and 3 times downstream. Confirm with us for tight installation spaces.
Q5. Can I choose only part of the six parameters?
Yes. The analyzer is modular; specify which probes you need and the dashboard is configured accordingly.
Q6. Are the probes pre-calibrated?
Probes are calibrated before shipment. Field re-calibration uses standard buffer solutions following the manual.
Q7. Can it work without mains power at a remote pump station?
A 24V DC version is available and can run from a solar-battery cabinet. Tell us your power budget for the recommended configuration.
Q8. Do you support remote data platforms?
An optional GPRS / 4G module uploads readings to a cloud platform or to your own server over Modbus TCP or MQTT.
Q9. What is included in one set?
One electromagnetic flow meter with transmitter, one multi-parameter analyzer with the selected probes and cables, mounting accessories and documents.
Q10. Can the housing text and interface be changed?
Interface language and unit display can be customized, and OEM labelling is available for project orders.
